Early Bird Drop off: Print the form at home
You can drop off your items beginning Tuesday or Wednesday October 5th & 6th from 12:00 until 7pm. Drop off only, no shopping.
You can continue to bring in your items during the swap; we’ll accept items until Monday October 11th at noon. Bring in equipment and apparel (Don't forget the hangers!) and fill out the form with the des
cription and value.
Swap Hours: Swap and Sale is open for business and drop off :
Thursday 10/7 starting at 12:00 through 8pm,
Friday 10/8 open at 12:00 noon through 8pm
Saturday 10/9 from 10:00am through 6pm
Sunday and Monday 10:00am through 5pm
SkyRide will run 10 - 5, Saturday thru Monday
Credit:
Receive 100% of your sale amount in Wachusett credit on a COW Card within 30 days of the sale. Your COW Card is valid anywhere at Mountainside Ski and Sports, Wachusett Mountain and the Village Inn OR use the credit towards your season pass!!
Cash:
Receive 80% of your sale amount in cash within 30 days after the sale.
Track it:
You can check online during the sale to see if your items have sold.
Pick-up hours:
You can check the sold/unsold status of you items after the start of the Swap and chose to pick up your goods from the swap at any time up until Monday 10/11 at 5:00pm.
After Swap pick up hours are: Tuesday 10/12 from 10:00-8pm and Wednesday 10/13 from 10:00am until 7:00pm.
You must retrieve your unsold items by Oct. 13 or they will be donated to charity.
