February is Olympic Month
at Wachusett Mountain

In honor of the Winter Olympic Games February 12 - 28 in Vancouver, Canada Wachusett Mountain has declared February as Olympic Month. Starting Friday February 12 and continuing through until closing ceremonies on Feb 28, Wachusett has scheduled a number of fun and exciting events with an Olympic flavor- check out what we have scheduled daily over February Vacation.

Racing:

Try to beat Bode! Take a run in our NASTAR Course from 11-2 Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
High School athletes compete for their spot as the MIAA High School Champions on Weds. Feb 24
Support Local heroes in the Firefighter’s Ski Muster to benefit the MDA on Thurs. Feb. 25
The top amateur Racers from all over New England enter to compete in the Ralph Crowley Classic on Feb. 26
The Pat Comer Courage Cup will be held Feb. 27 as a fundraiser for the Pat Comer Fund

Terrain Park:

Catch a potential up-and-coming Olympic snowboarder or freeskier as they compete in a variety of Terrain Park Events:
          -          Weds. Feb. 10- Wednesday Night Park Series Big Air
          -          Weds. Feb. 24- Wednesday Night Park Series Rail Jam
          -          Sunday Feb. 28- The FUEL Finale Slopestyle Competition

Radio Disney will get the kids moving and ready to get fit when FCHP brings them to the Mountain on Feb 15
WEEI Sports Jam will put you in search of famous athletes hiding on the trails on Feb. 16
Watch amazing fire throwing performances on the snow on Feb 17
Get your face painted with your favorite team’s colors or your favorite sport by Blinkee the Clown on Feb. 18
The Sports Hub is hosting a Hockey Day with an appearance from the Boston Bruins street team on Feb 19
As the Olympics start to wind down, why not pull an all-nighter at Wachusett’s 5th Annual Overnight Shift on Friday, February 26. The night starts with a chance to dig for your share of the $5,000 buried in the snow. With live entertainment, secret chair give-aways, Olympic caliber prizes and more! Parents can even watch the Olympics on our big screen TVs in the coppertop lounge
