If you have never tried skiing or snowboarding before, you're missing out on the best part of winter! Starting out is fun and Wachusett Mountain is the best place to learn. We've built programs for first time skiers and riders to get you started and keep you coming back. The information below lists our beginner packages which includes everything you will need, lift ticket, rental equipment, and a lesson- all you need to bring is your winter clothing, and a desire to have some fun on the slopes!

Weekends and Holidays from 9 am, Weekdays at 10:30 am, 1 pm, 5:30 pm (level 1 & 2 only), and 7:30 pm. Lesson schedule based on minimum class size. Rental equipment subject to availability.
