RACE SCHEDULE

7:30-9:00AM Registration & Bib Distribution
  • Registration will be in the tent near the finish coral at the end of the Smith Walton Trail.
  • Team Captains will be responsible for collecting bibs for their team. If you are a team captain and are unable to get to registration before the rest of your team, we recommend that captains appoint someone on their team for bib pick up. 
  • All racers must remain socially distanced when picking up their passes/bibs. 
  • Start lists will be posted on live-timing.com and emailed out prior to the race.  
9AM-9:30AM Course inspection on SMITH WALTON Trail
  • Course Inspection from the OUTSIDE ONLY!
  • Masks are mandatory during inspection
  • NO snowplowing or shadowing of course
9:30AM FORERUNNERS/RACE START
  • FIRST RUN:WOMEN FIRST In bib order
  • MEN SECOND In bib order
  • SECOND RUN: Start Time TBD

End of Race ALL RACERS—Announcements will be made regarding Fencing
2:00PM (estimate) Socially distanced Race Awards in the finish area.

NOTES
  • Bibs must be applied to the left side of the helmet or to a ski pole to show to the starter.
  • Helmets must be worn. Rent one or borrow if you don’t have one.
  • If you miss your order number you’ll run last.
  • If your run has been interfered with, you MUST ski out of the course and ski to check in with the race official on headset at the condo or Vickery Bowl to request a rerun. If you finish your race, provisional runs will be at the discretion of the race crew.
  • All protests, course evaluations and race cancellations will be addressed by the Chief of Race.
  • Results will be posted and awards given approximately 90 minutes after the conclusion of the 2nd run.
