Our Commitment to Safety

WORKING TOGETHER

It takes personal responsibility of everyone to help us ensure a safe mountain experience for all.  In response to COVID-19, the health and safety of our staff and guests is our highest priority. Safety has always been one of our primary goals. We will review and update our protocols to adhere to the most up-to-date practices to keep staff and guests safe.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • On the mountain, our outdoor setting makes social distancing easy. But in the base areas and other locations where it is more difficult to do so, we will have signage to remind guests to remain six feet apart at ALL times.
  • Guests will be required to wear face coverings in certain areas. This includes in lines, when loading and unloading chairlifts and in indoor resort facilities. Guests are requested to bring their own face coverings.  Staff will be required to wear face coverings.
  • Plexiglass barriers will be installed in areas where physical distancing measures are not possible, including at points of purchase.
  • Staff may limit the number of guests in any area of the resort to ensure proper physical distancing (e.g. parking lots, indoor facilities, common spaces, etc.).

OUTDOOR FOOD SERVICE

  • No more than 6 people at a picnic table.
  • Tables will be cleaned after each use.
  •  We encourage you to wear face covering when not seated at your table eating or drinking.

CHAIRLIFT (SKYRIDE) PROTOCOLS

  • Capacity of lifts will be reduced to allow for physical distancing. Guests will only be allowed on lifts with travelers in their party or as 2 singles on opposite sides.
  • Passengers must maintain social distance while preparing to load.
  • Passengers must wear face coverings in line and while loading and unloading.
  • Passengers may ride as a family group or as 2 singles.
  • Hand wipes and sanitizer at the top and bottom.

STAFF PROTOCOLS AND TRAINING

  • All staff are required to wear a face covering and follow the company’s safety protocols and procedures at all times, including regular hand washing and the use of Personal Protective Equipment and Personal Protective Gear.
  • Staff will receive appropriate training to ensure safety.
  • Staff are required to stay at home if sick.

ENHANCED CLEANING AND SANITIZATION:

  • High-touch surfaces will be frequently cleaned and disinfected.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting will take place frequently throughout the day in our public restrooms.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the resort. Frequent handwashing is required of employees.
  • Cashless transactions are preferred at all locations.
