Festival season at Wachusett Mountain connects concession and craft vendors with thousands of attendees from Massachusetts and beyond. Each festival is a uniquely themed weekend of live music, stage shows, contests, roaming entertainment, field games, and more!
Artist/ Craft Booth Spaces are for vendors selling handmade or highly curated crafts and goods.
If you are a food vendor who can fit easily into a 10’x10′ space, you may still qualify for Artist/Craft booth pricing.
Food Truck Spaces are for food concession vendors with food trucks, vehicles, or large service stations.

Food Truck registration cost includes trash fee of $25.
Summer Food Truck Fest: Saturday August 9th – Sunday, August 10th
Kick off the festival season with some of the tastiest mobile kitchens in New England.
Summer Mountain Games: Saturday, August 23rd
Grab a beer and watch the best lumberjacks in the North East go head to head in timber competitions.
Labor Day Sale & Craft Beer Party: Saturday, August 30th – Monday, September 1st
Blowout sales on ski/snowboard gear & winter apparel featuring a beer sampling taste-off.
BBQFest: Saturday, September 13th – Sunday, September 14th
Calling the best BBQ on the East Coast! Keep it spicy with a festival celebrating all things hot, smoked, grilled & barbecued. We ask that food trucks include at lease one BBQ item on their menu for the weekend.
KidsFest: Saturday, September 20th – Sunday, September 21st
Princesses, pirates, magicians animal shows, music & more. Wild fun for the whole family!
OktoberFest: Saturday, September 27th – Sunday, September 28th
A German folk festival with a New England accent – Stein hoisting, keg toss & lots of beer.
MTNSide Sale & Swap Weekend: Saturday, October 11th – Monday, October 13th
New England’s largest winter swap! Sell your used gear and head outside for a cookout & live music.
AppleFest Weekend I: Saturday, October 18th – Sunday, October 19th
A celebration of our favorite Fall harvest – Featuring over 100 crafters and farmers’ market vendors outside and inside the lodge.
AppleFest Weekend II: Saturday, October 25th – Sunday, October 26th
Celebrate the Fall at the 41st Anniversary of our most expansive festivals — If you couldn’t make it the first weekend, don’t miss the second!
Fall Food Truck Fest: Saturday, November 1st – Sunday, November 2nd
