Lift tickets/3Flex/4X4 are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen. Any attempt to transfer or sell this ticket after validation will result in prosecution for theft of services. THIS TICKET MAY BE REVOKED WITHOUT REFUND BY MANAGEMENT FOR MISCONDUCT OR SKIING/RIDING TO ENDANGER OTHERS. The purchaser or user of the lift ticket agrees and understands that skiing can be hazardous. Trail conditions vary constantly because of weather changes and skier use. Ice, variations in terrain, moguls, forest growth, rocks and debris, lift towers and other obstacles and hazards, including other skiers, may exist throughout the area. Beware that snowmaking and snowgrooming may be in progress at any time. Ski with care- Ski in control.

Mass. G.L.C.H. 143S 71P provides, with limited exception, that no action shall be maintained against the operator of this Ski Area for an injury to a skier unless the injured person shall within ninety (90) days of the incident, give to the operator notice by registered mail of the name and address of the injured person and the time, place and cause of the injury. Any action to recover for injury shall be brought within on year of the date of injury.

I, for myself and/or my child, acknowledge that skiing/snowboarding is hazardous and that there are many inherent risks in these sports, including but not limited to variations in terrain, surface and subsurface snow, ice conditions, moguls, bare spots, forest growth, rocks and debris, lift towers and other obstacles and hazards. I acknowledge that snowmaking and snow grooming may be in progress at any time.
I agree, for myself and/or my child, to RELEASE from liability, forever indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and their owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, affiliates, agents and assigns, (collectively as “RELEASEES”) from liability for any and all loss or damage to myself or to my child or my or my child’s property resulting from the RELEASEES’ NEGLIGENCE or any other cause. I understand that the RELEASEES are not responsible for the consequences of their own NEGLIGENCE, that is, their failure to use reasonable care in any way. I acknowledge that I am freely and expressly assuming and accepting any and all risks of property damage, personal injury and death in connection with my or my child’s use of the resort, the facilities, any rental equipment, and participation in skiing/snowboarding including instructional lessons.
I agree, for myself and/or my child, to that any claim brought against Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in no other jurisdiction. Any claim brought shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
NO resale, No Transfer, No refund

If online orders not used on selected date, you must pay the difference for ticket price on your next visit. Online orders must be used during the season they were reserved. Sorry, no extensions to next season. Change fee applied for any online orders not used on selected date.

RENTALS and Beginner Packages (1Day, 3Day, Return to Learn) (Beginner Lessons)

I understand and am aware that participation in the sport of skiing, snowboarding, ski boarding, tubing, airbag, stunt bag jumps, and other sports (collectively “RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS”) under the sponsorship or arrangement of Wachusett Mountain Associates and all other sponsors and affiliates, is a HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY which is inherently dangerous. The participant has voluntarily entered the event despite all known and unknown risk of personal injury and/or death presented by participating for and/or actual participation in the event; and Participant understands that this Agreement is a general release barring Participant from bringing any claim for personal injury and/or death which is any way related to participating for and/or participating in the scheduled event; and, In exchange for the right to participate in services of the Ski School at Wachusett Mountain, the participant expressly and freely agrees as follows:

If renting equipment, I also agree that the same set of equipment will not be issued each visit and that the ski-boot-binding system will not release at all times or under all circumstances. I understand and acknowledge that I have carefully read this release of liability and understand its contents. I understand that by submitting this purchase transaction, I expressly waive any rights I have to bring a claim against or sue the RELEASEES for injuries or damages. I further understand that this is a contract that limits my legal rights and that it is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives. concerning my height, weight, age or skier type.
I accept for use as is the equipment listed on this form, and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession. I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented under this form, but not returned to the shop.
I understand and acknowledge that I have carefully read this release of liability and understand its contents. I understand that by submitting this purchase transaction expressly waives any rights I have to bring a claim against or sue the RELEASEES for injuries or damages. I further understand that this is a contract that limits my legal rights and that it is binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives.
Participants under 18 years of age: As parent/guardian signing this agreement for the named minor, I acknowledge and agree that I have read the above release of liability and that by submitting this purchase transaction, this release, executed on behalf of the minor, I and the minor agree to be bound by its terms. I hereby agree to RELEASE from liability, forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless RELEASEES’ for any claim or suit arising out of said minor’s use of the resort, the facilities, any rental equipment, and participation in skiing/snowboarding including instructional lessons.

SEASON PASSES 2026/2027

This pass is for your personal use only. Transferring, improper use of this pass, or falsification of age will result in loss of privileges. I understand that I may use my season pass only during times valid. Failure to adhere to this policy is considered theft of service.
The season pass is the property of Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and is revocable, without refund, due to misconduct or misuse as determined by Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. personnel.
Season Pass Insurance (must be purchased when pass is purchased) provides pass replacement or pro-rated REFUND if pass cannot be used due to injury or illness. There are no refunds for missed sessions due to weather or mechanical difficulties. There are no credits or refunds due to failure to pick up a season pass that has been pre-purchased. Any issues regarding the current season (2026/2027) must be presented in writing no later than April 1st. Insurance does not apply to Terrain Park Pass.
Any Season Pass purchased this season qualifies for a CREDIT or DEFERRAL for full amount if for any reason you are unable to use your season pass at all during the 2026-27 season and notify us prior to opening day OR pro-rated amount if you use a portion of your pass after opening day but cannot complete the season.
Operating schedule is subject to change at any time. Night operating schedule may be limited during early or late season.
Season Pass does not guarantee admission during sellout or restricted periods. Limited Ticket Sale Policy: We strive to provide a quality skiing and snowboarding experience by limiting our capacity. Capacity numbers may be subject to change without notice.
If a season pass is forgotten, pass holder will be required to purchase a full rate lift ticket. Lost season pass replacement fee is $15 without purchase of Pass Insurance. Return check fee $25.

COW card Terms & Conditions– unlike some stores, Wachusett’s gift cards do not expire. COW may be used for skiing, lessons, in MTNside Ski & Ride or for food or beverages. $10 replacement fee if lost or transferred.

SERVICE COW – COW Cards can be used for services at the Mountain- Lift Tickets, Rentals and Lessons. $10 replacement fee if lost or transferred.

PARK PASS
I, the purchaser, am over 18 years of age or am the parent/guardian for park pass user under 18years of age.

I understand and am aware that participation in the sport of skiing, snowboarding, ski boarding, tubing, airbag, stunt bag jumps, and other sports (collectively “RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS”) is a HAZARDOUS activity that has many inherent dangers and risks. I realize that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence of this activity. I agree, as a condition of being allowed to use the ski area facility and premises, that I FREELY ACCEPT AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS of RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS and or any risk which relates to my participation in RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS or the operation of Wachusett Mountain Ski Area. I know that the risks include but are not limited to variations in terrain, surface and subsurface snow, ice conditions, moguls, bare spots, forest growth, rocks and debris, bamboo and break away poles, lift towers and other obstacles and hazards. I acknowledge that snowmaking and snow grooming may be in progress at any time.

I agree, for myself and/or my child, to RELEASE from liability, forever indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and their owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, affiliates, agents and assigns, (collectively as ‘RELEASEES’) from liability for any and all loss or damage to myself or to my child or my or my child’s property resulting from the RELEASEES’ NEGLIGENCE or any other cause. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Massachusetts. If any part of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, all other parts shall be given full force and effect. In the event that any provision is found to be invalid, the provision shall be revised so that it is enforceable to the greatest extent possible. I agree and understand that any claim or lawsuit against the RELEASEES may be brought in the federal or state courts of Massachusetts only.

1. I accept for use as is the equipment listed on this form, and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession.

3. I have received instruction on the use of my equipment and fully understand its use and function.
4. I have made no misrepresentations to Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc concerning my height, weight, age or skier type.
5. I verify that the visual indicator setting recorded on this form agree with the numbers appearing in the visual indicator windows of the equipment listed on this form.
6. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc and their owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, affiliates, agents and assigns, as well as the equipment manufacturers and distributors for any loss or damage, including any that results from claims for personal injury, death or property damage related to the use of this equipment.
7. I understand that there are inherent and other risks involved in the sport of snow skiing or Boarding, for which this equipment is to be used, that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence to the sport, and I freely and voluntarily assume those risks.
8. I understand that a ski-binding-boot system will not release at all times or under all circumstances where release may prevent injury or death, nor is it possible to predict every situation in which it will release, and it is, therefore, no guarantee of my safety. In snowboarding, cross-country skiing and snow blade use, the binding system will not ordinarily release as a result of forces generated during ordinary operation.
9. I hereby release from any legal liability Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and their owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, affiliates, agents and assigns, as well as the manufacturers and distributors of this equipment from any and all liability for damage and injury or death to myself or to any person or property resulting from the selection, installation, maintenance, adjustment or use of this equipment and for any claim based upon negligence, breach of warranty, contract or other legal theory, accepting myself the full responsibility for any all such damage, injury or death which may result.
10. I agree, to that any claim brought against Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in no other jurisdiction. Any claim brought shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
11. To RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and any other participating sponsors, their officers, agents, employees, directors, shareholders, affiliated entities, subsidiaries, all insurers, and all sponsors for any and all loss, damage, injury or expense that Participant may suffer, or that participants next of kin may suffer, as a result of Participant’s practicing for and/or participation in the scheduled event, due to any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to negligence on the part of Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and any other participating sponsors, their officers, agents, employees, directors, shareholders, affiliated entities, subsidiaries, all insurers, any entity or person hired to perform any function.

DEV Team 2026/2027 Season (all DEV Team programs et al)

I understand and am aware that participation in the sport of skiing, snowboarding, ski boarding, tubing, airbag, stunt bag jumps, and other sports (collectively ‘RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS’) under the sponsorship or arrangement of Wachusett Mountain Associates and all other sponsors and affiliates, is a HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY which is inherently dangerous. I understand that due to our limited capacity, reservations are charged when booked and non-refundable. If you cancel a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) prior to your reserved date you may reschedule to a future date within the current season. A $15 clerical fee applies to changes made in reservations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of lesson/program.
Packages cannot be split up and must be used the season they were purchased. 5 Packs are non-transferable

RACING, NASTAR & Clinics
I agree, for myself and/or my child that participation in the sport of skiing, snowboarding, ski boarding, tubing, airbag, stunt bag jumps, Racing, and other sports (collectively “RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS”) under the sponsorship or arrangement of Wachusett Mountain Associates and all other sponsors and affiliates, is a HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY which is inherently dangerous. The participant has voluntarily entered the event despite all known and unknown risk of personal injury and/or death presented by participating for and/or actual participation in the event; and Participant understands that this Agreement is a general release barring Participant from bringing any claim for personal injury and/or death which is any way related to participating for and/or participating in the scheduled event; and, In exchange for the right to participate in services of the Race Department at Wachusett Mountain, the participant expressly and freely agrees as follows:

I agree, for myself and/or my child, to RELEASE from liability, forever indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and their owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, affiliates, agents and assigns, (collectively as “RELEASEES”) from liability for any and all loss or damage to myself or to my child or my or my child’s property resulting from the RELEASEES’ NEGLIGENCE or any other cause. I understand that the RELEASEES are not responsible for the consequences of their own NEGLIGENCE, that is, their failure to use reasonable care in any way. General Festival Admission 2026
Only customers holding a valid ticket will be admitted to the Event.
Tickets are non-exchangeable, refundable or transferable. Re-sale or attempted re-sale for a profit is not allowed.
Tickets, wristbands or other forms of accreditation to the Event are personal revocable licenses and shall at all times remain the property of the Promoter and for security purposes, and may be recalled at any time.
The Promoter is not liable for lost, stolen or defaced tickets or wristbands.
Ticket price and availability may be subject to change without notice.
Your wristband may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, defaced or altered.
Events are rain or shine. Schedule and activities may change due to weather. No pets or coolers permitted.

SKYRIDE 2026
In consideration of permission to use Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc’s facilities, I, for myself and / or my child, assume the risk of injury while attending the Special Event and using the SkyRide scenic tramway lift. I, for myself and / or my child, agree and understand that tramways are inherently dangerous and further recognize my responsibility to inspect the facilities and read and obey all signs, rules, and regulations. It is also agreed that the facility is an inherently dangerous area with risks too numerous to list, which includes but is not limited to the steep, slippery, uneven condition of roads and trails which contain rocks, trees, ledges, soft sand, mud, slippery grass, water bars and other bumps, ruts, stumps, brush (all of which can be hidden or obscured by vegetation), pedestrians and mountain vehicles or other manmade objects on the mountain. I, for myself and / or my child, assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

While riding the SkyRide scenic tramway lift, I, for myself and / or my child, shall only embark or disembark upon the tramway at a designated locations and during designated hours of operation, shall not throw or expel any object from the tramway, and not act in any manner while riding the tramway that may interfere with its proper or safe operation, engage in any type of conduct which may injure any persons. Further, I, for myself and / or my child and / or my ward, agree to: (a) exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner, (b) obey all instructional and warning signs posted on the tramway, (c) not use the tramway when under the influence of drugs and/or Alcohol, and (d) use all tramway safety devices provided.

In consideration of the permission to participate in the EVENT and use of resort’s premise and facilities, I agree, for myself and/or my child to the following:

1. To ASSUME ALL RISK of serious personal injury and/or death arising from practicing and/or participating in the EVENT.

2. I agree, for myself and/or my child, to RELEASE, forever indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wachusett Mountain Associates, Inc. and their owners, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, affiliates, agents and assigns, (collectively as “RELEASEES”) from liability for any and all loss or damage to myself or to my child or my or my child’s property resulting from the RELEASEES’ NEGLIGENCE or any other cause. I understand that the RELEASEES are not responsible for the consequences of their own NEGLIGENCE, that is, their failure to use reasonable care in any way. I acknowledge that I am freely and expressly assuming and accepting any and all risks of property damage, personal injury and death in connection with my or my child’s use of the resort and participation in the EVENT.

3. I consent to the use by RELEASEES of any images, pictures (video and print), names and likenesses for commercial purposes, or otherwise, of me or my child, in connection with the activities of RELEASEES, without restriction as to frequency, duration or medium.

4. I agree, for myself and/or my child that any claim brought against Wachusett shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts in the State of Massachusetts and in no other jurisdiction. Any claim brought shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the claim arose.

I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY SIGNATURE BELOW EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS I HAVE TO BRING A CLAIM AGAINST OR SUE THE RELEASEES FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES. FESTIVAL RULES & REGULATIONS 2026

EXHIBITS:

Wachusett Festival Organizers reserve the right to move vendors as necessary up to the day of the festival. All assignments are FINAL.

All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and any structures required for display.

Vendors are required to attend and operate their booth for the full duration of all festival dates for which they are registered. Vendors who fail to attend all scheduled dates, or who leave early without prior approval or notice to festival management, may be denied participation in future festivals.

Overnight booth setup is allowed for multi-day festivals. Please note we do NOT provide security Overnight for any booths. We strongly recommend removing all cash and valuables. We cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. The lodge doors will be locked at the end of each night.

All booths (food, craft, concession) must be clean, tasteful, and family-friendly. Themed decorations are encouraged!

Vendors are prohibited from displaying, distributing, selling, or promoting any political materials, campaign materials, partisan messaging, or political endorsements at their booth space during the festival.

Wachusett Mountain Festivals celebrate locally made and handcrafted items, and we strongly prohibit the use of AI art for all vendors.

We reserve the right to remove ANY products from your exhibit that do not follow these standards, at the discretion of Wachusett Mountain Ski Area employees.

• ALL INDOOR exhibition spaces vary in size. Spaces will be marked with booth numbers.

· Indoor Booth sizes vary depending on location but are generally 10’ x 8’.

· Nothing shall be nailed, screwed, stapled, taped, wired, or otherwise fixed to the walls, floors, or any part of the building.

· All gummed or adhesive stickers are prohibited, and if used, may be subject to a $350 charge for removal of same from the premises after show closing.

· NO pop-up tents or tent frames are allowed inside the building.

• ALL OUTDOOR exhibit spaces are 10’x10’. There is no overflow room.

· Tents must be secured by sandbags. We ask that vendors do not use lawn stakes due to the piping system under the lawn. Our grounds are often windy – Come prepared!

· Outdoor booths are set on both the lawn and hard tarmac. Weather conditions can affect these spaces.

• Multiple Booths: Requests for 10’x20′ double booths may be approved at the discretion of Wachusett festival organizers.

· Larger spaces will be granted on a case-by-case basis and are not to exceed 10′ in width.

• Electricity: Availability and booth power capacity vary by location—contact us for specifics.

· Electricity must be requested during registration; day-of requests are not accepted.

· Bring necessary cords, adapters, and power strips if requesting electricity.

• Booth Usage: Vendors may bring up to (3) assistants. Vendors and their assistants will be provided with wristbands to freely access the festival grounds.

· Vendors must check in to receive wristbands before setting up.

· Booth sharing/combinations require prior approval. Please email <[email protected]> with inquiries. Day-of requests cannot be honored.

· Locations may change at any time at the discretion of staff. Previous years’ locations are not guaranteed.

• Festival Attendance & Setup: Specific set-up hours will be emailed to participants in advance. Setup takes place in the hours prior to festival opening. No late setup will be allowed once the festival has opened.

· Attendance for both days is required.

· Inform organizers ASAP if unable to attend.

· Set-up hours will be emailed and vary by event.

· No late arrivals allowed once the event has started.

· Early setup may be offered depending on the festival.

· Contact staff in advance for special setup accommodations.

· Please reach out to Wachusett Festival Management by phone and email if you have arrival issues on the day-of set-up.

· No pets (with the exception of service animals) are allowed. Bicycles are not allowed on the fairgrounds or in patron parking lots.

• End of Day Rules: For the safety of guests, staff, and fellow vendors, NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS UNTIL THE LAST GUEST HAS EXITED THE FESTIVAL AND PERMISSION HAS BEEN GIVEN BY FESTIVAL ORGANIZERS. FOOD TRUCKS WILL BE ASKED NOT TO MOVE THEIR VEHICLES UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN DIRECT PERMISSION.

Anyone violating this rule may be asked not to participate in future festival event dates.

· You may begin breaking down your exhibit 15 minutes AFTER the official festival end time.

· Anyone leaving early without notifying management will not be asked to participate the following year.

• Payment: Payment is required online at the completion of your registration and zone selection.

· Spaces are not reserved without payment.

· If not accepted through the jury process, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

· Only credit cards accepted for booth payments. Checks allowed upon request. No cash accepted.

• Insurance: All vendors agree to carry liability insurance and will provide proof if required.

JURIED APPLICATION PROCESS:

Application is not a contract and Wachusett Mountain reserves the right to reject or wait-list any application for any reason. Rejected applications will be refunded in full.

· All artists, crafters, and food vendors must be juried.

· The jury process requires:

· Written product description

· Photos of booth and products

· Selection is based on:

· Application timing

· Quality, uniqueness, and presentation

· Past participation does not guarantee acceptance.

· Applications must be accepted and paid before space is confirmed.

· List all items for sale in your application. Unlisted items may be disallowed.

· Final decisions rest with the Wachusett Mountain Festival Committee.

VENDOR INFO:

• Complimentary Tickets:

· Vendors receive two (2) free tickets per event weekend.

· Tickets are transferable but have no cash value.

• Wristbands:

· Four (4) wristbands provided per vendor. Request extras via email if needed.

· Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival.

Trash: Please removeall waste associated with your concessions. Food Trucks are automatically charged a $25 ‘Waste Fee’ included in their check-out fees.

· An additional $25 ‘Waste Fee’ will be applied to any vendor who leaves excessive trash on the festivals grounds.

Fire Department Checklist: All propane/ Co2 tanks on food trucks must be inspected by the Town of Westminster Fire Department the day of the festival.

· The detail firefighter on site the day of festivals will inspect any food trucks or concessions vendors using propane/ Co2. There is no fee for this inspection.

· Food trucks that require propane use will need a Standard Permit good for one year, which comes with a $25.00 Fire Department fee. Vendors may fill out a permit form in advance or on the day of the festival.
