Authentic German beer fans and local craft breweries alike gather on the mountain for Wachusett’s 7th annual Oktoberfest. With daily stein hoisting and keg toss competitions, there’s always an occasion to raise your glass.
🎺 Oompah! Daily performances by the lively traditional TubaFrau Hofbräu Band
🍺 Prost! The finest beer of the year. Authentic German pilsners and IPAs from all our local brewery favorites.
🍔 Fantastic food trucks serving up everything from egg rolls to caramel corn, and a special German-themed menu at the Wachusett Food Tent.
🍻 Raise your steins and get ready to compete. Daily rounds of the annual Stein Hoist and Keg Toss Competitions.
🛍️ Local Crafters Market with over thirty-five booths selling homemade jam, handmade jewelry, and more.
🍂 Our scenic Skyride is the best view on the mountain and foliage is already starting to turn.
🐻❄️ Children under 5 are free! A weekend of fun for the whole family.
🏅 Sunday Special: Cornhole Face-Off: The Mad Baggerz return for the 2nd Annual Oktoberfest Cornhole Tournament. If you’ve got serious skills, Pre-Register for the Pro Division, or just a fun throwdown in the Backyard Baggers Division. Spectators welcome all day – Sunday Only!

As a friendly reminder, we do not allow dogs or coolers at our festivals. Ticket prices increase for day-of sales.
Please note: While we work on replacing the Polar Express Lift to the summit, the Minuteman Express Lift will be running for skyrides. Round trip only, summit access not available.
Wachusett Mountain is proud to host Marines from the 25th Marine Regiment collecting donations for the Toys for Tots program. Visit them next to the SkyRide to help local families!
