2026 Festival Vendor Registration

Registration Coming May 13th!

Festival season at Wachusett Mountain connects concession and craft vendors with thousands of attendees from Massachusetts and beyond. Each festival is a uniquely themed weekend of live music, stage shows, contests, roaming entertainment, field games, and more!

Artist/ Craft Booth Spaces are for vendors selling handmade or highly curated crafts and goods.

If you are a food vendor who can fit easily into a 10’x10′ space, you may still qualify for Artist/Craft booth pricing.

Food Truck Spaces are for food concession vendors with food trucks, vehicles, or large service stations.

Once your payment has been made, you will receive an containing the full application. Juried decisions are delivered within three weeks of application.

Summer Food Truck Fest: Saturday, August 22nd – Sunday, August 23rd

Calling all foodies! We’re kicking off the 2025 Festival season at Wachusett Mountain with a tropical celebration featuring some of our favorite food trucks.

SummerFest: Saturday, August 29th – Sunday, August 30th

Wachusett is chilling out this summer with a luau on the lawn and cool yard games for all ages.

Labor Day Sale & Taste-to-Tap Contest: Friday, September 4th – Monday, September 7th

Find fantastic deals on ski & snowboard equipment and winter apparel at MTNSide, then head outside for a mountain-style cookout.

BBQFest: Saturday, September 19th – Sunday, September 20th

Fire on the Mountain! Wachusett keeps things hot with a festival celebrating all things barbecue. Hot sauces, spice mixes, and BBQ-fixin’s vendors are encourage to apply.

KidsFest: Saturday, September 26th – Sunday, September 27th

It’s a wild weekend to be a kid at Wachusett Mountain – Dino Day on Saturday and Princess & Pirate Day on Sunday. Themed vendors are encouraged!

OktoberFest: Saturday, October 3rd – Sunday, October 4th

German folk festival with a New England accent. Authentic German beer & local breweries. Food trucks, crafter’s market, and live ‘Oom-pah’ band.

MTNSide Sale & Swap Weekend: Saturday, October 11th – Monday, October 13th

New England’s largest winter swap! Sell your used gear and head outside for a cookout & live music.

AppleFest Weekend I: Saturday, October 17th – Sunday, October 18th

The 42nd Anniversary of our most expansive festivalA celebration of our favorite Fall harvest featuring over 100 crafters and farmers’ market vendors outside and inside the lodge.

AppleFest Weekend II: Saturday, October 24th – Sunday, October 25th

If you couldn’t make it the first weekend, don’t miss the second! The second weekend of Applefest celebrates spooky Fall fun.

BOOFest: Saturday, October 31st – Sunday, November 1st

Inspired by haunted New England history, BooFest returns to Wachusett Mountain with two days of frightening fun for all ages. Oddities vendors are encouraged to apply!

Fall Food Truck Fest: Saturday, November 7th – Sunday, November 8th

Last call for Fall! Finish off the festival season with our favorite food trucks, artists & crafters.
